Wireless Expense Manager™ is an interactive, web based application that enables companies to view and manage mobile expenditure. Network billing data is validated against the company’s user and device databases and then allocated against the internal cost centre structure, allowing accurate apportionment of costs.
End users can view their mobile bills online and comply with the company’s mobile policy and allocation processes. Where possible calls will be named instead of using the number dialled and allocation will follow the company’s pre-set requirements. User address books (My Contacts) can be utilised to pre-allocate calls to further simplify the process. Managers can be granted access to their authorised cost centres to view and manage their expenditure.
